Recently, the winner of "the best place to work in the game industry in 2022" held by foreign media GamesIndustry was announced, and three studios of EA company won the award. GamesIndustry said that the purpose of the event was to make the game industry a better workplace, and the award itself was finally determined by in-depth investigation of employees.
At the 30 minute online ceremony, GamesIndustry announced 14 winners of the nation's best workplaces, along with some special winners.
EA's Maxis and rebirth entertainment won the best large-scale studio, while EA Mobile Game Studio industrial toys won the award for its physical, mental and welfare activities for employees. Meanwhile, Anna sweet, CEO of bad robot games, was named the best boss in the United States.
It is worth mentioning that the US domestic award is only the first of the three events held this year, and there will be the "best place to work in Britain" award in Brighton, UK on July 12 this year.
Best large company (more than 200 people): Iron galaxy, Maxis, rebirth Entertainment
Best medium-sized company (50-200 people): double fine productions, peoplefun, Phoenix labs, Schell games, striking distance studios and unbroken studios
Best small companies: bad robot games, brass lion entertainment, gamesight, pragma platform and sandbox strategies
