It is reported that the Singapore court issued a freezing injunction to freeze the "boring ape" NFT (bored ape NFT) and prohibit the sale in one case. Because there has been no similar judgment before, the case may have an impact on digital assets.

The court held that there was a dispute over the ownership of "boring ape" NFT, which was foreclosed as loan collateral and could not be sold until the dispute was resolved. Singapore law holds that homogeneous tokens and non-homogeneous tokens are assets and can be subject to injunctions. This trial did not violate this principle.

The ruling said: Singapore believes that NFT is a valuable asset and worth protecting.
