YouTube's "cycu1" shared a video showing the 1995 original unreal engine technology demonstration using NVIDIA geforce RTX 3080 on a modern PC. This technical demonstration is not compatible with windows 10 or windows 11. According to cycu1, players can only run this project in Windows XP compatible mode. However, even with this workaround, the demo version is unstable on Microsoft's latest operating system. The frame rate of the demo clip is not stable.
By today's standards, this 1995 virtual engine technology demonstration looks a little outdated. It can't even be compared with the first unreal game of Epic Games. Nevertheless, this technology demonstration still brings a lot of memories. I believe many old FPS fans will miss the game time at that time.
