Microsoft has recently confirmed that it will provide support to American employees who want abortion. The company will provide travel cost assistance and ensure that its U.S. employees have access to relevant medical services It is understood that Microsoft has provided abortion and gender confirmation care services for its employees in the United States.

These services will now also include travel cost assistance. The amendment to the policy to include travel costs is due to the development of U.S. law on the right to seek abortion.

A leak last week about the draft opinion of the U.S. Supreme Court showed that the court may overturn its decision to legalize abortion across the United States. Although the right to seek abortion was legalized as early as 1973, the decision has been opposed by some life support groups.

It is understood that 31 states in the United States have introduced some form of abortion ban this year. This means that Microsoft employees in several States will not be able to use relevant medical facilities. Therefore, the company's spokesman confirmed that the company has provided travel cost assistance.

In addition, like Amazon, yelp, Citigroup, Levi Strauss & amp; CO and other companies have also promised to pay for American employees who need to have an abortion outside the state. Amazon also said that the plan will not only cover abortion, but also include Cardiology, cell gene therapy and drug abuse disorder services. Microsoft has not provided any specific details.
