Lanqi technology said that according to the relevant information released by JEDEC, ddr5 memory interface chip has planned three generations, with the support rates of 4800mt/s, 5600mt/s and 6400mt/s respectively. It is expected that there will be 1-2 generations in the future The industry expects that in the early stage of ddr5 generation, the iteration speed between the memory interface chip generations may be faster than that of DDR4 generation. Talking about the competition pattern of ddr5 memory interface chips and memory module supporting chips, LanChi technology said that the current competition pattern of ddr5 memory interface chips is similar to that of DDR4 memory interface chips. Only three suppliers in the world can provide the first generation of mass production products, namely, the company, Renesas electronics and Rambus. The company's market share in memory interface chips remains stable. On the supporting chips, the two main suppliers of SPD and TS are LanChi and Renesas electronics; PMIC has more competitors, and the competition will be more complicated at the initial stage.

Lanqi technology pointed out that it will continue to invest in R & D and innovation in 2022, and the R & D work will focus on the following two aspects.
