It was reported on June 8 that today, Lingsheng technology announced the launch of the 4G smart phone chip platform jr510, which is mainly aimed at the mobile communication field. At present, jr510 has entered the stage of mass production. In terms of core performance, jr510 adopts Samsung 11nm FinFET process and is equipped with eight core arm cortex A55 CPU and arm Mali G52 GPU

Officially, the jr510 supports the latest lpddr4x memory, EMMC 5.1 and UFS 2.1 storage solutions, and supports USB 2.0, SDIO 3.0, I2S, I2C, UART and other peripheral interfaces.

It is worth mentioning that the jr510 also introduces independent hardware AI acceleration (NPU) engine and visual processor (vdsp) in the entry-level and mid-range intelligent chip architecture for the first time. among them, HW AI engine can provide 1.2 tops computing power.

Thanks to the arm cortex A55 artificial intelligence technology and the self-developed algorithm of Lingsheng technology, the jr510 can realize real-time AI intelligent scene detection and recognition, enhance the intelligent photographing performance of different scenes, support the realization of AI HDR in mobile phone photographing, and support AI dual microphone noise reduction and other differential functions.

According to the introduction, the SOC can support 16million +16million dual cameras and 25million /50million single camera shooting. It supports video 1080p+ (21:9) resolution screens with a frame rate of 60 frames per second. Meanwhile, jr510 supports vp9/h.265/h.264 decoding and h.265/h.264 encoding with 1080p resolution
