synology Inc. announces rt6600ax , this is a high-speed and security oriented router designed to provide fast and secure connections for homes and offices With the support of synology router system (SRM) 1.3, rt6600ax is fully capable of coping with many challenges of modern network environment, including the large increase of networking devices and the resulting security protection.
As Qunhui's first Wi Fi 6 Certified router, rt6600ax provides more reliable Wi Fi through better data coding, beamforming, scheduling and signal isolation. A 2.5gbe port that can be configured as a WAN or LAN enables users to take advantage of multi gig Internet connections or high-performance devices such as NAS, as well as high-speed wireless backhaul.
Fast connection speed and fast operation are provided by quad core 1.8GHz processor, even if multiple devices are connected and all functions are enabled. You can choose to create up to five independent networks, and each network can map up to three Wi Fi SSIDs, which can easily enhance security when managing a multi-purpose network environment. At the same time, it supports 802.1Q standard and simplifies the integration with existing networks in router, access point and mesh configuration.
Each user's profile can be configured to limit online time or prevent browsing when set conditions are met. Devices assigned to the same profile will share the same set of Internet access rules without repeated manual configuration.
