From the date of promulgation of the policy to June 30, individual consumers who purchase new energy passenger vehicles (except second-hand vehicles) and license in the province will be issued consumption coupons of 3000-6000 yuan per vehicle according to the purchase amount
For individual consumers who purchase fuel passenger cars (except second-hand cars) and license them in the province, a consumption voucher of 2000-5000 yuan will be issued for each car according to the purchase amount;
For individual consumers who report waste cars and purchase new cars (except second-hand cars) in the province, on the basis of the above standards, a consumption voucher of 1000 yuan will be added for each car.
Second, government enterprise bank linkage promotion. During the event, the province supported qualified cities to increase the amount of automobile consumption coupons, encouraged the holding of automobile exhibition, automobile to the countryside and other promotional activities, and maximized the "multiplier effect" of consumption coupons through the linkage of government, enterprises and banks, so as to expand the supply of automobile market and fully release the consumption potential of automobile market.
