iPhone 13:4GB (LPDDR4X)

iPhone 13 Pro:6GB (LPDDR4X)

iPhone 13 Pro Max:6GB (LPDDR4X)

Trendforce also said that the iPhone 14 Pro Model jumped from 256gb of storage space, while the iPhone 13 Pro model was 128GB. However, the chart called the storage capacity "pending", so this information seems uncertain.

As widely circulated, there should be no iPhone 14 Mini this year. If there are no major supply chain disruptions, these devices may be announced at Apple's usual September launch events.
