IKEA Launches Dirigera Intelligent Hub Supporting Matter Protocol

IKEA, a Swedish furniture and accessories store, has launched a dirigera intelligent hub that supports matter Dirigera is an upgrade of the existing tr å dfri gateway, but further subdivides the supported smart home devices. The hub will be used with IKEA smart products, and because it supports matter, it can also be used with other devices with matter integration. Dirigera and the improved IKEA app will be launched in October 2022.
