Some media have drawn the renderings of BYD seals equipped with lidar, which seems to have a high degree of fit. Therefore, it is expected that the advanced version of seals equipped with lidar will be launched in the future.
Previously, BYD had reached strategic cooperation with MEMS lidar manufacturer Suteng juchuang on December 23, 2021. During this period, spy photos of BYD Han models equipped with lidar were also reported on the Internet. It is suspected that Suteng juchuang conducted relevant tests for BYD officials. At present, BYD has not disclosed more information about the layout of lidar, and the electric state will continue to pay attention to it in the future.
